As a UX Researcher, empathy is a key trait I look for in any teammate I work with. Marc is one of those teammates. As a Product Designer, he always considers the relevant audiences (business, consumer, internal teams, etc.). He is extremely thoughtful and intentional in his work, which is evident the second you start talking to him. When I interviewed Marc initially, his overall demeanor was extremely calming and grounded. Which became very useful on projects with clients who had slightly higher demands. His top-notch design skills are just icing on the cake.
